Make sure vehicles are moved from point "A" to point "B" in a timely manner. I feel it's always better to say No, you can't move this load by that time, rather than Yes, and then let the customer down. "Don't make it up, make it happen!!"It doesn't matter how many customers you have, what matters is you do right with the ones you have, others will follow....Kinda like, Fields of Dreams, "Build it and they will come"
