Responsibilities include, facilitating and participating in Defect Elimination projects and maintaining the use of reliability analysis tools and systems, including 6 Sigma, SMED, 5S, OEE, and RCM. Collaborating with other cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize reliability centered maintenance across the organization. Monitoring, analyzing and providing detailed reports on operating practices, equipment performance, value delivery and reliability to identify improvement opportunities (cost, reliability, capacity) of core processing and packaging equipment. Assist in the review and development of key projects and equipment maintenance strategies, and recommending changes. Developing and reviewing procedures for predictive and preventative maintenance. Review the task, frecuencies, and time of the PM program. Implement Meassuring Point program. Used of Predictive Tools : Oil Analisys, Infrared Analisys, Vibration Analisys, Accoustical Analisys, to improve maintenance program effectiveness. Coordinate the installation of new equipments, support on the start up and validation activities on all packaging project. Coordinate, schedule, and assign duties to all maintenance resources. Evaluate mechanical events, coordinate corrective action plans and support mechanics, electronic technician, Member of New Technology and Reliability Core Team. Design a mechanical system and parts. Major role in FMECA, FAT, URS, order spare parts, schedule participation, coordinate external contract, and daily execution tracking. Assist the Reliability Engineer and the Equipment Engineer in problem resolutions, equipment and lines design. Give support to identify new equipment, installation of new equipment, and prepare documentation for new spare parts list and Maintenance/Calibration program.

Responsible for the performance and maintenance of solid dose bottle and blisters packaging lines. Also in charge of the operators crew. Perform PM’s and CM’s to all packaging equipment in the line. Familiar with most packaging equipment manufacturers; Uhlmann, RA Jones, OCS, MAB, BFB, Pneumatic Scale, Hoppmann, Merrill-Lasko, Lepel, Enercon, Fanuc, Fuji, Hi-Speed, UMC, GUK, Pester, Serpa, Axon, PDC, WLS, IMA, Omega and others. Total Quality certified. Actively participated in the daily operation of the packaging lines, leading and supporting the crew. Perform QC inspections and review cleaning and reconciliation documentation.
