• Advised PRDE with the Public Assistance Program from FEMA and its fulfillment in all FEMA PA Grants Categories.• Screened and validated documentation applicable to the Memorandum of Understanding “MOUs” between the three agencies (PBA, OMEP and PRDE) and the contractors.• Prepared and submitted the request for reimbursements within DRS on behalf of PRDE.• Audited all financial transactions between Contractors and PRDE or PBA and OMEP.• Enhance communication efforts within the agencies PRDE, PBA, OMEP, COR3’s and FEMA to obtain the required documentation needed to properly request the grant funds to be disbursed.• Analyze and discuss on behalf of PRDE all the insurance deduction of funds takeout from FEMA.• Evaluate data submitted by the contractors and agencies (PBA and OMEP) in order to accurately comply with FEMA’s regulations.

• Review insurance documentation including commercial policy, insurance settlement and any other documentation needed.• Evaluate and determine actual or anticipated insurance proceeds applicable to the project.• Determine future insurance requirements for the claim damage facilities in the project.• Review and determine the cause of damage and if there are some flood procedures applicable (NFIP).• Evaluate and ensure there are no duplication of benefits.• Modify Insurance requirements, proceeds and O&M (Obtain and Maintain).

• Assist all the sub recipients who were made eligible by FEMA to participate in the Public Assistance program.• Analyze and review the information submitted by the sub recipients in order to accurately comply with FEMA regulations.• Daily task includes communication with the sub recipient requesting for FEMA’s Public Assistance in order to gather the necessary documentation to submit request for reimbursement.• Responsible of creating, uploading and submitting Request for Reimbursements within COR3’s intranet software (DRS) pertaining to the additional employee labor, equipment usage and contractors’ services used by the sub recipients due to Hurricane Maria’s passing.• Be able to work on more than one engagement at a time and properly administrating the engagements budgeted hours.

•Support PREPA with the Public Assistance Program from FEMA and its fulfillment in Categories A and B.•Responsible of reviewing and validating documentation pertaining to the additional employee labor, equipment usage and contractors’ services used by Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) before submitting the requests for reimbursement to COR3 and FEMA.•Prepare and submit the request for reimbursements within DRS on behalf of PREPA. •Audit all financial transactions between U.S. Contractors and PREPA.•Update billing statements and account reconciliations from Cobra and Whitefish Energy’s contract with PREPA.

• Perform house inspections due to a natural disaster.• Quality Control inspections and damage assessment.

• Responsible for administering accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee payroll, purchases, inventory, as well as cash management, strategic planning and company’s profitability.• Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.• Responsible for training and managing all staff in order to maximize productivity.

• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person or property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.• Sell various type of insurance policies to businesses and individual on behalf of insurance companies including life, property and medical insurance.• Perform administrative task, such as maintaining records and handling policies renewals.• Generate monthly list of prospective clients.
