Collaborating with clients to define integration goals, scope, and deliverables. Translating business needs into clear and actionable integration requirements. Educate clients about the benefits and capabilities of integration solutions, helping them understand the value of the proposed solutions. Acting as a liaison between clients and the technical team, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the integration process. Ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction.

Using interpersonal skills, prioritization, technical product knowledge and internal organizational knowledge I provide high-quality, timely, and proficient support to the Service Team so in turn they can provide excellent service to our clients. Through maintaining my own unique foundational clients, researching and data analysis from the large service team, I help the planning and implementation processes of new programs that will help serve the service team.

At Fidelity, I obtained my Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. I learned to trade equities, options, mutual funds, CDs and worked with margin balances. I helped hundreds of clients by educating and empowering them through conversations about fidelity's resources and trading platform. Doing this enabled me to strengthen that client relationship.To deliver the best service, I collaborated with multiple teams across multiple locations. Tapping into my teammates' knowledge was a privilege and it helped me provide the expertise on inquiries ranging from retirement, taxes, and financial markets all over the world. • Responsible for the centralized review and approval process of retirement and retail distribution and disbursement requests for the GWIM Advisory client base.• Types of distribution and disbursement requests include but are not limited to journal entries, checks, fed funds, register and ship, broker transfers, etc. This includes complex transaction requests involving legal and special distributions.• Responsible for performing a complete review of all transactions assigned to the work queue and insuring client instructions are being processed as requested.• Responsible for handling an average of 20 inbound calls daily from the Merrill lynch branches as it relates to pending transactions in the system.• Assisted Client Relationship Managers, Financial Advisers, and Client Associates as a Subject Matter Expert on retirement and education plans including IRA, Roth, 529, ESA, SEP, SIMPLE IRA, BASIC, 403(b), HSA, and Inherited Accounts in regards to IRS rules and regulations.• Handled an average of 80-90 inbound calls daily from branches for procedural and operational inquiries.• Assisted in analyzing and troubleshooting systematic issues.• Assisted in processing and verification of account documents, beneficiary changes, power of attorney updates, and client distributions/rollovers/transfers.• Mentored and assisted multiple Non-Qualified Retirement New Hire Training classes on IRS rules and regulations.

I created the perfect atmosphere for events of all sizes. Worked directly with audience members giving out prizes, running contests, recording video and taking pictures. I also collected data to be used for future improvements on event planning and what audience members wanted.
