With over 18 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and CMI Certification in Management & Leadership, I'm a results driven, ambitious and people focused Leader. I have a proven track record of building and leading teams, delivering world-class talent and growth strategies for fast-growing businesses across UK and Europe.I am currently Director at Omega, heading up our Technology business, as well as both the Birmingham and Leeds locations. Our teams work across all Technology disciplines, as well as FMCG, Manufacturing and Engineering. We partner with some of the worlds leading organisations, connecting them with exceptional talent within their industries and providing the very highest level of service and experience. I've led and managed multiple teams (up to multi-site 26 direct reports) of Recruitment Consultants, Talent Acquisition Managers and Delivery Consultants, specialising in delivering permanent and contract technology professionals, as well as delivering embedded and on-site solutions for our partners. In addition I was responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the operations and delivery of Spinks on-site solutions, offering our partners a seamless and flexible service that meets their unique Talent needs and challenges.My mission is to help organisations provide the best possible candidate experience and journey, to help them understand, grow and thrive in their space.
