For the past 13 years, I have lead organizational change in a variety of contexts including, manufacturing, professional services, and software development. Through study and application of Lean manufacturing, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup methodologies, I have seen the common threads of human interaction that make or break a team's ability to perform.I am a Pacific Northwest native and currently live in Corbett, OR with my wife and three young children. My family is passionate about giving back to our community and are actively involved in supporting the children and families within our local foster care system.
