David’s 30+ year career started in 1986 managing corporate real estate departments for Security Pacific and Bank of America throughout the western United States. In 1996 he joined the Norman Company to be part of a smaller more creative environment. Since then he has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of major properties, the development of a 300,000 square foot mixed use office project in downtown Seattle and in the management of the region’s largest medical complex.He now splits his time between practicing real estate and managing Royal Restrooms of Washington, the largest high-end portable restroom trailer business in Washington.David graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in economics and has an MBA from The Wharton School. David’s interests include cycling and skiing.
