TruGreen is the largest lawn care company in the United States offering specialized lawn care and tree and shrub solutions for their nearly 2 million customers across the United States and Canada.As a customer service representative I am responsible for handling customer questions, concerns, complaints, taking customer billing information including collections payments, and adding extra services to customer’s accounts as needed. I also set up re-services if customers were unsatisfied with any application done on their lawn. On average I handle 100 calls per day in a call center environment from customers across the country. TruGreen’s customer service department is a “one stop shop” for customers meaning that we are trained to handle nearly every call and take care of most situations without having to send customers to another department or to a manager.

Maciano’s is a small family owned dine-in and take-out pizza and pastaria. When promoted to Manager, responsibilities included team building, managing and coaching the servers and kitchen crew, supervising the operations of the front and back of the house, resolving customer complaints and making sure the quality of the food was up to standards. Gained experience with inventory control by entering orders for supplies and perishable food items with outside vendors. Gained leadership experience by monitoring the work of servers and phone receptionists and coached on performance improvements when necessary. Reconciled cash and credit drawer at the end of each day and also cashed out the servers and delivery drivers. Built relationships with the other managers and discussed areas of improvement.As Phone Receptionist I was responsible for answering phones, taking takeout and delivery orders, answering customer questions about the food, seating dine-in patrons, expediting orders and taking payments. Assisted with food preparation and keeping the front counter clean and organized. Also helped the servers with drinks and bussing tables when they were backed up.

Samuel Packaging Systems Group, part of the family of Samuel companies, is a leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of packaging and unitizing solutions. Samuel packaging products and systems can be found in virtually every industry in North America. I was Responsible for entering data into Samuel’s new Image Now Document Imaging System by scanning, and linking documents to sales orders, and customer purchase orders. I helped organize new work space, by moving and destroying old files, and file cabinets. I also packed up desks so old desks could be removed and new desks brought in. I also helped with general office duties such as scanning, making copies, delivering paper documents to employees, and other admin duties.
