(Quantifying data we collect from FYE Convocation every semester, Phone calls, etc.)• Welcome students into the space and assist them with their needs• Make sure that the new data team members are assigned work and tasks to do during their shifts or being trained on how to produce data content.• Assist other GTC members with any tasks that they need to get done and need help with. • Help prepare the information, charts, and data for the Provost Research Symposium or any conferences or events we are involved with.• Organize files in the shared folders according to your team.
