Working for Clients, (Helix Well Ops, Subsea 7 and Island Offshore), my role was to provide detailed and accurate quotations, equipment lists and personnel to provide Coiled Tubing and Fluid Pumping Services.• Focal point for client’s operational activities. Planned, implemented, monitored and reported against utilisation of personnel and equipment to ensure an efficient, professional client service is delivered on time and on budget for each client intervention.• Controlled all related costs to maximise effective use of client budget at all times ensuring invoicing is submitted in an accurate and timely fashion.• Solid track record of delivering projects within tight timescales for client mobilisation.• Provided scheduling forecasts and pricing for clients.• Developed and maintained close relationships with the client through regular meetings, site visits, tours of base facilities.• Managed a team of 10 staff, ensuring they were trained and competent to deliver effective operational techniques. Conducted regular performance appraisals and six monthly reviews.• Regularly implemented best practice and lessons learned from projects to improve the quality of service provided on an on-going basis.• Responsible for ensuring equipment provided was to a high and exacting standard.

Takoradi - Ghana

With Tullow Oil being a new client for us in Ghana, I was the first representative in country for Qserv. Responsible for all equipment and personnel movements to help facilitate our operation. I was responsible for setting up our operations base and accommodation requirements for our staff. Tracking Equipment maintenance and certification was an essential part of the remit, along with Health and safety of personnel.Operationally we provided a range of Coiled Tubing and Slickline services to our client when required. All in country equipment was maintained to our own UKNS proven standards.
