Investigate, document and initiate resolution with engineering air and water leakage design issues to facilitate Ecoat and paint during assembly for Kocaeli, Soton and KC plants.

Suspension integration for the C346 APA markets, resolve hand over of Mazda C platform between Ford and Mazda. Advance C346 through GPDS milestones to Job1. Create part file, AVBOM, maintain progress of suppliers and engineers from study to production including all test procedures and reports both locally and globally. Mediate between suppliers, enigneers, discuss design commonality, improve timing, cost and general relations to improve communication and future products/ productivity.

Lead development team for the Chassis system outsourced by Ford to PDE Automotive, members included Fredric Keller, Willian Van der Velden, James Grant.

Manage production material, line orders, material logistics, GM/ Chrysler & Ford part production orders, JIT plant.

Tier 1 to Ford, complete engineering WERS support, concern raise & resolve, drawing, CAD review.
