Over 30 years experience as a retail property professional. The first 20 years as a Chartered Surveyor working in house for retailers, acquiring, disposing and managing retail property portfolios. This included actively managing the property assets to extract value for the shareholders. It also included running a number of strategic initiatives ensuring the right store was in the right location and was held on the best terms possible whether that be freehold or leasehold.The last 10 years have been spent in private practice servicing various retail and developer clients.
