TeraView is a company exploiting the unique properties of Terahertz radiation providing imaging and spectroscopy solutions across a range of industries and academia. Working with distributors, agents and direct selling to Europe and Asia, I oversaw significant increase in sales ahead of targets. I was also responsible for expanding the companies’ sales.

Mesophotonics Ltd - Southampton UKMesophotonics was a small hi-technology venture funded start-up company working in the area of enhanced Raman spectroscopy for trace measurement. The companies unique Surface Enhanced Raman (SERS) consumable substrates had been developed as an offshoot of Southampton University. I developed a team to shift the emphasis.

I was responsible for sales of ABB Bomem FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) spectrometers to European countries in the refining, chemical, semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. The role involved working with approximately 20 area sales engineers located in distributors across the Europe. I set commercial targets, motivated and drove the sales force.
