• Cross referencing internal calibration equipment against UKAS calibrated/approved equipment and providing traceable standards.
• Training of staff in UKAS/Calibration procedures.

• Successfully learning to build, test and calibrate the full range of Michell product.
• Managing tight deadlines and improving throughput from laboratory by 23% over a 12 month period.

• Understanding the schedules and working with colleagues in prioritising workload.

• Recovering customer data from water damaged data loggers.
• Software updating and fault finding to component level.
• Creation of an in house system of logging field faults on loggers and feeding this back to manufacturing.
