  I have excelled in a number of varied roles during my career with AdvantageCS. Our industry-leading business application is called Publisher's Advantage. As a technical support engineer, I grew in my investigation and debugging skills through a variety of experiences in many different functional modules of our software suite. As a software developer, I have developed both user-interface and report-writer modifications in Microsoft Visual Studio. In 2013, I led a team of software engineers that implemented the integration of the European SEPA interface standard for direct-debit payments into Publisher's Advantage; SEPA is a payment-integration initiative of the European Union for simplification of bank transfers. As an implementation project engineer, I have overseen the development of custom software integrations for a variety of international publishing clients. I have traveled extensively to the United Kingdom, Denmark, Portugal, and Sweden. I have really enjoyed with working with clients from various cultures and languages. The excellence of my written and spoken communication has brought clarity and order to my projects. I've developed object-oriented software in C# in the Microsoft .NET environment, and made heavy use of Microsoft SQL. I am part of a team of implementation project engineers who work cooperatively to support the needs of new implementation clients for design, training, software development, testing and support. Our corporate development teams use Agile, while our implementation project engineering team has used more of a Kanban model.
