A member of the Business Change Team accountable for the management of Programmes of change, defining Programme goals and objectives whilst focusing on strategic implementation of dependent projects required to meet key Programme outcomes.

Accountable for the selection, creation, management and coaching of the first Paymentshield Agile delivery team, environment and assets. Responsible for embedding and ensuring Scrum ceremonies and Kanban principles are understood whilst facilitating Scrum planning, review and retrospective sessions within pre-determined Sprints.Acting as a point of reference and guidance for all Scrum related activity within Paymentshield.

A member of the Business Change Team accountable for the management of change throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept/proposal through to initiation and project delivery. Liaising at all times with the business and key stakeholders, and ensuring business readiness before post implementation review/project closure and handover to business/benefits realisation.

Responsible for the procurement and management of all IT assets. The management of 3rd party contracts and the creation and maintenance of the budget detailing IT Capital and Operational expenditure across the Paymentshield estate.The management of IT Assets including and tracking of IT configuration items, change management, asset management and release management.
