I attribute our success to outstanding technicians and a team commitment to going above and beyond what is needed to fix the vehicle right the first time, educate our customers on the in & outs of diesel engines and making the entire service experience pleasurable. My personal goal is not just to make customers, but make friends. Trust is earned, not just given and I want to earn every customer's trust and then never do anything to violate that trust. Responsible for handling customers when they brought their vehicles in for service. Made sure we had accurate description of the problem, made sure work was dispatched and completed in a timely manor, kept customer informed of repair needs and when vehicle was completed. Also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
