Responsible for handling customers when they brought their vehicles in for service. Made sure we had accurate description of the problem, made sure work was dispatched and completed in a timely manor, kept customer informed of repair needs and when vehicle was completed. Also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
