Also convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Holly Springs, and Fuquay Varina, our intent in designing the studio is to create an intimate, boutique-style atmosphere which will afford practitioners a nurturing space to deepen their practice while enhancing their mind-body connection.Our mission is to foster an environment that provides harmony and balance; harmony in bringing your mind and body into closer relation to your spirit, and balance in toning the body, calming the mind, and re-invigorating the spirit in an often fast-paced and stress-filled world.Our goal is to help you expand your potential both spiritually and physically by offering time-honored practice techniques in a warm and inviting environment. Our highly trained teachers live their yoga and are exceptionally knowledgeable in all facets of classical raja yoga, offering a variety of classes taught in their own unique and distinctive styles.
