Currently the head of transaction advisory services, he is also the managing partner and co-owner of CRR, LLP, a midsize CPA firm. These roles are greatly beneficial to his investment banking mandates and provide increased bandwidth for the most demanding of transactions. Dave owning and operating his own business for over 25 years helps him understand what it is to build something from nothing, fine-tune it over time to position it in the market, and monetize it when the time is right. The most common client compliment he receives is that he really relates to the owner, understands the importance of the relationship and takes the time to explain every step of the process in a way that makes them feel in control… because they are. CRR, LLPDave has been a member of the firm since inception and has been practicing in public accounting for over 25 years. Dave has experience in all areas of federal and multi-state taxation and is the partner in charge of the firm's Transaction Advisory Group. He regularly advises firm clients on selling their business, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He gets involved at various stages of the transaction process, but focuses on early involvement in order to help maximize the financial results for his clients.
