As a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor with 24 years of surveying experience, I have been involved in handling major schemes within a wide variety of sectors including Health, Education, Housing (private & commercial), Commercial and Conservation.My Primary roles include Traditional Quantity Surveying, Dilapidation surveying, Term Contracts, Cost Estimating and Planning, Procurement—Tendering and Evaluation, Value Engineering, Post Contract Cost Management, and Employer’s Agent Duties. I am familiar with a number of construction specific ICT formats including: CostOS, Building Information Modelling based estimate and cost management software; and also have detailed knowledge of NEC and JCT contract suites.Adams Fletcher & Partners is an RICS chartered company who employ five highly qualified surveyors, each with specialist experience in either Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Private sectors.
