I oversees the day-to-day operations of 10 stores in the region , which might include sharing information about new policies, procedures and promotions; hiring and training staff (in particular, store leadership); ensuring that sales and service goals are being met; and solving problems as they come up. I also keep a finger on the pulse of the district, identifying trends and opportunities that locations can capitalize on, and reporting this information to headquarters. In short, I play an important role in building the company brand as they work with the stores to create a consistent customer experience.

Responsible for all P&L issues in the store. Maintain positive shrink numbers when assigned to stores that were in the red. Maintain proper merchandise placement for positive sale through. Coaching and training in stores with new hires that were in need of additional company based training. Bring a sense of customer service to stores that stubbled in that area.
