As a project manager/estimator at Lam's Construction Inc, I oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety. I have more than five years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a laborer and working my way up to a managerial position. I have developed and honed my skills in project estimation, construction estimating, and construction management, enabling me to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget. I am passionate about building and renovating spaces that meet the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders, and that comply with the highest standards of quality and safety. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, and I always strive to learn new techniques and best practices in the field.
