Build Rite Construction began in November 1977, with Bob Lam as the sole owner. Over the years, Travis Lam became a part of the business. Eventually, in 2010, Build Rite Construction transitioned into Lam's Construction, LLC. We moved to our new location on Route 33, located in Rockingham County, Virginia, in 2013.
Lam's Construction regularly participates in extensive OSHA safety training, hazardous material training, and other ongoing education courses to ensure no detail is overlooked. We also invest in tools and technology that allow us to serve our clients with the utmost precision and speed. Utilizing Top-con earthworks and drones, we calculate excavation data and generate precise 3D renderings with GPS technology and our crews and equipment on the ground.

Also, Lam's has multiple other divisions including concrete installation, utility locating, and heavy equipment hauling. Project bids range from several thousand dollars to over $10 million and include bonding capability. We perform a variety of commercial and industrial work for general contractors and individuals.
