Assisted construction projects by approving submittals, engineering firm recommendations, and providing detail information about current system capabilities.o Manage a utility budget of $6 Million dollars and was able to reduce utility use by over 10% by improving controls setbacks and modulating air handler temperatures to reduce over cooling. o Coordinated and approved all utility shutdowns for all construction projects. o Supervised 15 maintenance individuals responsible for the non-central plant maintenance.
