Plan, execute, and finalize projects, including construction projects, according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Also, define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Tutor for undergrad students in physic, advance calculus, and chemistry 1, 2, and 3 courses. Duties included, but not limited to, promote, answer question about the program throughout selected groups at the university. Enroll new students and assign them to their tutor base on schedule and availability. Follow up with students and maintain documentation of student’s progress and attendance to ensure quality of service rendered. Seek and attend career improvement seminars and tools to better serve the university community and students.

Plan and organize and manage overall daycare construction project. Responsibilities include designing and blue prints review and analyzing of project, preparation of construction documents, biding, negotiating, subcontractor’s selection, material purchasing, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project development, quality control, and supervise crew of 60.

Engineer and assist in designing of cell sites ensure proper execution of build out of projects manage construction project of an annual budget of approximately 5 million dollars. Manage the engineering and construction process for cell-site development. Develop strong working relationships with external vendors to procure materials and ensure timely deliveries of product. Manage general contractors and oversee field engineers throughout. Construction process to ensure all timelines and high quality standards are met.
