Die Cleaning Equipment and Supply, Inc. is the leading manufacturer and distributor of post extrusion die cleaning equipment for the aluminum extrusion industry. We manufacture the DieKlean 360 family of die cleaning equipment that accommodate dies ranging from 8" to 30" inches in diameter and from one to six cleaning tanks.The process control inherent in our design results in up to a 50% reduction in cleaning time with up to a 40% reduction in chemical consumption.

Oversaw multiple facility projects for two rocket test sites and office/clean room at Pinal Airpark. Managed new-build, upgrade and maintenance projects and supervised facilities technicians. Collaborated with engineers, fiber and electrical contractors, concrete construction employees, plumbers and welders. Served as Safety Manager.- Oversaw completion of 1,800 amp electrical service installation.- Improved efficiency and reliability of solar power system that consisted of battery storage and system operation/maintenance. Identified and resolved issues with inverter configuration, maintenance and operation in close collaboration with installer and engineer.- Managed permitting processes working with county & special/deputy inspectors.

Supported rocket development program and managed new construction, renovation/upgrades and maintenance for three test sites. Maintained operations for structural, propulsion, stage testing and office spaces. Approved invoices and change requests.- Executed projects that included developing budget, establishing schedule, soliciting bids, selecting/monitoring contractors and negotiating 5-year contracts.- Collaborated closely with contractors to include civil/electrical/geotechnical engineers in developing project scope while accommodating design parameters.- Participated with team of engineers to configure and construct, from the ground-up, a stage test site. Upgraded other sites with electrical, water services, and fiber. Built concrete foundations (test pads) to meet needs based on loads, and oversaw fabrication of large test structures to test tanks and rocket motors.- Managed large vendor base, and conducted purchasing for maintenance and janitorial supplies, as well as fabrication materials and bulk gases.- Managed permitting process working with special/deputy inspectors and met with fire marshals to ensure that occupational standards were met.- Maintained HVAC units, generator and welders. Built ramps with strict adherence to ADA approved requirements. Managed vehicle fleet and equipment.

Managed daily operations of rocket propulsion test facilities that included hangars, buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water, sewage, bunkers and machinery. Acted as Human Resources Manager and established policy, hiring and termination procedures.- Managed projects and hired contractors.
