Due to global & market recession within the construction arena undertook opportunity to diversify recruitment experience with one of the UKs Leading Healthcare agencies. Responsible for running a Radiography desk placing various Locums throughout the UK on a freelance basis.Operating within a team of 3 consultants.

Joined as trainee consultant within the Building & Construction division working alongside a Senior Consultant.Initial training took place over a 4 month period which included familiarisation with the industry and associated sectors, candidate and client management, how to generate candidates through advertising and marketing, the recruitment process and negotiation of rates and terms of business. Following training period I was given a select number of clients to service on a freelance basis. After 2 years service I was given Total control of the freelance Construction Desk as a Senior Consultant. And then in 2007 I become Divisional l Manager for the building team. During my time at Henry recruitment I managed in the last 3 years to become the company’s Biggest biller for 2006 / 2007 & 2008 and my 2007 figures were there highest ever yearly sales figures to date for the company.
