About David Romevski

Starting to work from a young age has given me the advantage of showing me that hard work can get you a long way. Not only hard work by itself but when you're working on building yourself up and becoming better at something, you need to work smart. You need to be a problem solver. All these years, I've seen myself as a big problem solver and process creator. What I mean by this is that I always try to find a way for a process to be done more efficiently than before, for a process to function better and give us better results in the long term.Working at Magnetik, starting from the beginning of the company, has given me a sense of how a startup company looks, how it grows, how all the processes change, and how from the point of starting the company I got to manage most of the partners we worked with as well as most of my team working there. During my time at Magnetik, I managed to grow our number of partners from 3 to 15 and managed to employ and train a total number of 30 employees. On top of that, I had a major contribution to developing all of the products and merchandise that we sold with our partners. I was in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly and we are always looking for ways to fulfill our partners' needs and requests in the best way possible. I got a sense of leadership and how it works, what it is to lead by example, and what it is like when you've actually created a process and now see it implemented by your team.Using that experience, I brought the same work ethic and attitude as an Operations Coordinator at Just Eat. During my time there, I can easily say that we created procedures and processes that contributed to the HUB functioning properly and working efficiently. In the 7 months that I worked together with the team, we managed to achieve growth in efficiency by 33% since I started working there.At Coniq, I continued to apply my skills and experience in process improvement and team management. I played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and developing effective processes. My work involved coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and delivering high-quality results for our clients. I was instrumental in implementing strategies that improved overall productivity and client satisfaction, reinforcing my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.Long story short, I am driven by success, not just my own, but the success of the team and the company that I work in. Where I work, I give 110% because that's the only way you can move forward.
