• Responsible for the quality of build, implementation and maintenance of 2degrees networking solutions with focus on the 2degrees Mobile Backhaul and IP Security Gateway infrastructure.
• Works closely with the 2degrees Network Architects to understand objectives, provide design solution options, provide proof of concept, pilot deployments, documentation, and ultimately bring new solutions in to.
• Acts as an escalation point for the Networks and NOC teams for complex deployments and faults.

• Responsible for producing and maintaining key technical documentation for use by internal and external partners.
• Responsible for leading ongoing key process development initiatives across the 2degrees Network Engineering and leadership teams.

• Worked closely with the Head of Transport, Transport Architecture team, and Transport Network and IP Services manager to drive key internal process improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the key network infrastructure that underpins 2degrees products and services.
• Ensures that 2degrees effectively meets service and delivery goals with particular focus on hosted platforms, transmission backbone, customer edge, and internet edge.
• Acts as an escalation point for the Managed Services and NOC teams for complex MACs and faults.
• On call responsibilities as an escalation point for core transmission network faults and complex MACs.
• Responsible for the build, implementation and maintenance of 2degrees products and services.

• Responsible for providing first level contact for contracted clients and providing excellent customer service.
