Planning and generating the workload for the site engineering department using Pemac 5 planning software and tracking KPI data for the department using a custom built excel spreadsheet. I am also responsible for site wide IT support when required and administrative duties for the engineering department. I have a vast knowledge of Microsoft Excel, using pivot tables, conditional formating, formulas, VBA coding, advanced filters and data validation etc. I have designed and implemented several heavily coded documents for site wide data entry, holiday booking, raising engineering request tickets and for generating weekly KPI data sheets/graphs/charts.
