The Founding School Leader will oversee all strategic, planning, and day-to-day instructional and operational activities. Essential functions include strategy and mission, instructional and cultural leadership, management and administration, governance and compliance, development and community relations. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors in Ohio as well as the CSO of the Management Company/ Operator and will directly supervise a team of teachers, counselors, and school support staff.

Support the resident dean of culture, SEL content lead, 2 social workers, and 6 fine arts teachers, and English language coordinator on education-related professional development. Collaborate with staff to connect students and families with support services.
