RESPONSIBILITIES Managing shifts with covers ranging from 20 – 100+ guests Liaising with chefs and Venue Manager to ensure a smooth day to day running Working with large bookings to ensure their expectations are met Providing staff training  Closely working with Venue manager to meet objectives Rostering Resolving issues guests or staff encounter Shift reports Cash Handling and End of Day reconciling.
