I have a specialism in product management and I'm the product owner for the team's offerings to our customers, working closely with our IT development team, consultants and customers to ensure we offer the best products available. I'm also the team lead on compliance (ISO, GDPR) and have line-management responsibilities.On top of product management I deliver and managing multiple benchmarking projects (as per the senior consultant role) and student survey projects.

Roles and responsibilities:• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with various universities across the UK.• Identify and manage project issues and risks, escalating them where needed.• Report and present detailed results to all levels of senior management within the university, highlighting the key points for strategic improvement. This is done via written reports, formal presentations and more informal consultative approach workshops.• Lead meetings with senior leadership from every department within a university, using exceptional communications skills to obtain information about their team’s roles. • Manage and defuse conflicts from university staff regarding the work we carry out.• Apply comparative analysis, along with sector knowledge, to make suitable recommendations to senior university stakeholders.• Lead on product development work with the benchmarking team and IT developers, ensuring products achieve the desired benefits and within agreed timescales.• Continually improve the systems and processes we use to ensure future projects are more effective and efficient.• Collation, analysis and interpretation of complex data sets, obtained from various internal and external sources.• Provide support, mentoring and coaching to benchmarking consultants to ensure they provide an effective input to the delivery of the work.
