Throughout my career, I have accepted numerous challenges and gone out of my comfort zone. This has given me the opportunity to develop a very unique and diverse skill set. I have built up significant experience in many different aspects of accounting (cost, reporting, policy) and leveraged my knowledge base as a CMA/CPA. I have developed a completely new skill set in Risk Management, becoming knowledgeable in analysing credit risk of financial institutions, structured finance and real estate. What drives me is learning and taking on the challenges others shy away from.Key events:- At CMHC, led IFRS transition team of four analysts in evaluation and development of IFRS compliant policies and reporting. - Developed a global credit limit framework based on capital levels. - Developed a risk rating model to evaluate financial soundness of Securitization program participants- Improved Securitization credit risk policy through new mitigations reducing counterparty credit risk
