Developed and supported the modernization effort, upgrading DMVs from old mainframe systems to newer web-based platforms in Windows based environments. I worked mostly with C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, InRule, and Microsoft Dynamic CRM in this role. However, every now and then I was allowed to work on small prototypes that demonstrated the capabilities of other technologies and how they could be leveraged to better serve our customers, such as ASP.NET.

I worked in the sustaining department for the product fixing defects and implementing customer requested features. The main product I worked on was media recording software, primarily targeted at public services and the Department of Defense.
