Over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing. David managed a sales team for Shell Oils largest distributor in Southern California for two decades. Under David’s leadership, this organization grew from a small twenty two employee mom and pop company to a multi million dollar petroleum supplier. David grew sales of more than a million gallons of lubricants and several million gallons of fuel. David played a key role in expanding this company to multiple locations and continued leading his team of sale professionals throughout California. The growth during David’s reign as their Sales Manager for this corporation has won them an abundant amount of awards from Shell Oil and in the petroleum industry. David’s direct customers during that time ranged from large corporations such as Chevron & Mobil Refineries, Union Pacific Railroad, Coca-Cola, Amazon, and Golden State Foods. Today David has chosen to venture out on his own to open Rubio’s Fleet Inc. In only a short period of time, Rubio’s Fleet has annual sales of over a million gallons of diesel fuel. Equipment and fuel tank sales have also contributed towards Rubio’s being a top producer for Western Global’s Fuel Cubes in Southern California. David’s key to success has been his persistence to forge forward while retaining a firm grip on customers with loyalty, honesty and working hard for them from day one.
