David has twenty years' experience leading digital transformations and developing new technologies and products.He comes from a technical background in software engineering and academic research which is a foundation for providing consultancy and leadership with a passion for innovating solutions through technology. David has a special interest in interoperability in healthcare and has successfully led and delivered programs and projects in many healthcare sectors and providers across the UK and internationally.Most recently David has led the successful inception, development, and delivery of several interoperability standards for the NHS as well as creating the vision that became a transformational interoperability Standard. This vision is helping to establish a new blueprint for developing and delivering interoperability standards to the NHS.
