Part of the leadership team in EY Ireland's Data and Analytics Practice. I have a history of managing large teams to deliver complex data projects across Europe and the Middle-East. Examples of these projects include implementing customer analytics, operational analytics, credit and market risk, commercial analytics, BI, reporting and machine learning advanced analytics solutions.I have managed numerous enterprise analytics engagements including several best in class, end-to-end analytics services - responsible for everything from data ingestion, model build and maintenance to reporting & insight generation. I bring a wealth of experience working with organisations to define their data strategies and have helped to setup several Analytics Centers of Excellence, right from the initial vision through to setup and run.
