Experienced automotive professional with experience in customer relations, regulatory affairs, and vehicle lifecycle management. Because of my superior communication skills, and dedication to providing an excellent customer experience, I was tasked with helping to lead the expansion of a digital client relations team by training new members and working on several special projects for the group. In my current role I am tasked with better understanding the drivers of value through the vehicle lifecycle, and seeing how to maximize such value. I am also the passionate founding partner of a real estate investment company specializing in repositioning distressed assets in the walkable, urban environments that exist in America's most underinvested in neighborhoods. I have a lifelong desire to make the cities we live in more equitable and prosperous, and creating great places for people to live is my way of making this vision come to life. I have the ability to generate unique insights from in-depth statistical analysis, and a knowledge of architecture and urban planning. I hold a Bachelors Degree focused in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
