I began my career as a consultant for DRT Systems International, the systems implementation arm of Deloitte, where I rapidly advanced to principal and led key functions across employee management and technical management. Subsequently, I founded my own software engineering consultancy, Metis Technologies, where I handled a wide range of projects involving database development, management, and administration surrounding the Sybase SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server for multiple clients in technology, healthcare, and professional services. As part of my consultancy work, I advised executive leadership and maintained software development lifecycle (SDLC) accountability for business analysis, requirements, specifications, development, testing, and production.Since 2014, I have worked in a variety of executive-level engineering roles for TicketNetwork, an e-commerce marketplace for buyers and sellers of tickets to entertainment events. I bring a blend of business and technical leadership with a relentless focus on hiring, training, and developing highly skilled technical teams who are determined to collaborate and build great systems.
