1992-2015: Founder and Lead Pastor at City Church in San Antonio, Tx, (formerly Bandera Road Community Church). CC was recognized as one of the fastest growing churches in America baptizing over 10,000 people during tenure. Left CC November 2016.2016-2018: Three serious medical procedures significantly limited ministry opportunities. The medical conditions eventually resolved with minor, longterm impact. 2019-2020: Co-launched new ministry: The Met (COVID virus surfaced 3 months after formal launch.) Closed 20212022: Resumed Coaching and Consulting Full Time. Joined Will Mancini who co-authored the book, Future Church partially inspired by the unique discipleship strategy developed at City Church. Together with Will launched a new Coaching & Consulting Company: RunFree.
