-The World Race is a stretching journey into 11 countries in 11 months to serve “the least of these” while amongst real and raw community. While on The World Race, I will have traveled to 11 different countries (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Nepal, India, Swaziland, Botswana, Montenegro, and Ukraine) to serve the impoverished and forgotten people through building schools and roads, teaching English, aiding in orphanages, providing hope and raising awareness.-Supervised and arranged safe travel for a team of 7 through 4 countries.-Mediated and led conflict resolution among team members.-Advance goal and budget planning for a team of 7 in each country.-Managed team budget of $42,000 through 4 months. Allocating and administering funds when and where needed.-Multitasked multiple goals and initiatives in demanding work environments.-Crisis management and resolution.-Remote office management.-Developed and initiated fundraising plans that raised over $16,000.
