Sunrise Engineering Business Unit

• Production of molds, plastic parts & models: responsibility of operating up to 40 projects concurrently• Project planning & execution including customer requirements definition, full project construction in system, purchasing, schedules & progress monitoring, quality control, instructions for manufacturing, supply chain management, and project closure • Intensive work with external clients, mechanical engineers, suppliers in Israel and abroad & the group's office in China• Quality Manager (Quality Assurance, ISO certification)• Transfer from development to production (NPI) - Preparation of production files & transfer to mass production

• Responsibility to deliver Turn-Key Projects on time (digital printing machines with innovative technology)• Responsibility for forecasting & demand planning of “low volume-high mix” products in a highly complex, erratic and unpredictable environment• Responsibility of optimal material & production planning• Managing multi-organizational interfaces: external client & company’s inner departments (development & engineering, sales, purchasing, production & logistics) • Ongoing management and monitoring of inventory levels, in order to optimize excess inventory• Initiation of processes to maximize deliveries flexibility & lead time • NPI / product upgrades full support, by aspect of material & production management

• Overall responsibility for MRP in the organization, running controlled MRP runs in Oracle ERP, and generating detailed MRP reports• Responsibility for ERP global item administration (attributes, categories, etc)• Expertise with definition & implementation of new planning processes following major business changes • Leading support with design of new control tools and reports• Core knowledge and expertise of the company’s MRP system - Lead of the MRP Centre of excellence

Operation Division

• Responsibility to global material planning in AS/400 BPCS: procurement optimization, monitoring of the purchasing and production planning teams’ performance, dead stock / inventory surplus reuse: significant cost savings• Responsibility to perform MRP runs and generate MRP Reports in AS/400 BPCS• Design & distribution of a PO action report sent to all the vendors for effective handling of material flow • Design of supporting reports & control tools in AS/400 environment
