Promoted to Director. Manage multiple teams in a high volume, production, deadline driven environment. Ensure completion of "days one, two and three" check processes within established deadlines for more than five hundred Credit Unions. Teams include Deposit operations, Research & Adjustments, In-Clearings, LockBox, Corporate accounts and Positive Pay. Lead multi member management team and operation staff across multiple sites in developing and implement methodologies to project volumes and staffing needs. Drive operational and fiscal changes which yield sustained efficiencies and expense reduction. Develop, document, implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all departments. Including daily/monthly reporting processes and metrics. . Participate in annual audits. Responsibilities also include budget management, staffing/human resources, logistics and vendor management. Participate on various team projects including: processing platform updates; conversions; deconversions; mergers. Work with teams across all Vizo FCCU’s departments.(Accounting, IT support, Networking, Programmers, Implementation, Sales, Application Support, Customer Support). NCP Certified.

Manage check processing teams, including Deposit, InClearing, Returns, and LockBox operations. Develop and maintain procedures for processing "remote capture" image files. Core member of team converting 200+ Credit Union deposit operations from paper to image. Team comprised of IT, Accounting, Applications Support, vendors, customer support and VP leader. Worked with multiple Corporate CUs to develope efficient settlement processes and resolve out of balance scenerios.

Ensure completion of “day one” check processing in adherence with deadlines. Manage quality of process from receiving items to outbound cash-letter. Motivate teams to surpass production standards at established sister sites. Coordinate team’s resources throughout the department to maximize production capacity and minimize FTE. Additional responsibilities also include, balancing bank at end of day, monthly reporting and performing evaluations for 26 associates.

Audit and calibrate air monitoring equipment located at remote sites throughout South Carolina. Ensure air monitors were operating within department and EPA standards. Maintain vehicle and travel reports. Perform duties under limited supervision.
