Provide technical support regarding any customer issues in the field- Troubleshooting and problem solving for equipment at the customer site- Conduct root-cause analysis and respond to issues and follow up on corrective actions as required- Work together with customer manufacturing leaders and field operators to troubleshoot and solve problems while providing technical support- Support sales team to achieve strategic goals- Provide customer training and support - Accept repair, install or preventative maintenance calls from customers - Complete required documentation of repairs preformed- Available 24/7 to be able to meet business needs and demandsQualifications:- Minimum 12 years in a technical field service role- Technical schooling along with hands on experience around Mechanical, Electrical and Controls- Customer focused and comfortable working with different levels within the customer organization- Solid communication and interpersonal skills- Self-starter and highly motivated who can work individually with minimal supervision- Strong organization skills, with the ability to problem solve and plan your schedules- Ability to excel in an unstructured environment who can adapt quickly to changing priorities- Travel up to 95% of the time mainly within the GTA- Strong computer skills
