• Supervise the construction and setup of the production process of the factory.• Direct various technical and administrative personnel including engineering to ensure project deliverables (scope, design, safety, budget, scheduling and SOP's).• Coordinate with and control the flow of information between engineering and operations to stay with project guidelines.• Ensure all project stages are in compliance with EHS guidelines• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated.• Develop a plan for commissioning and start up including the startup training.• Responsible for the certification of the production process and products (ISO, SON MANCAP, EHS)

• Generate Periodic reports on the status of our systems and develop a house keeping plan and schedule with limited down time to the organization.• Participate in the planning and implementation of processes, policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Prepare Project Management Plan, including baseline planning, on the basis of the business plan, concession agreement and operating specifications, develop policies, procedures and other documentation that defines the project.• Manage the interfaces between various works, which includes application development works (design), procurement & implementation of equipment.
