Responsibilities:• Create yearly business plan to increase the number of clients and asset under management• Maintain relationship with the clients and other prospect• Set up the promotion plan to improve the market• Do the market intelligence and make SWOT analysis • Take ownership of the territories annual sales, business and marketing plans• To train develop and motivate the branch sales people to produce the business volumes required• To coordinate all sales activities within the territory as well as incentive programs and sales contest to produce the results.• To coordinate and work closely with the banks branch managers to assist them in their individual and branch targets.• To be available to handle bank staff questions and to provide technical assistance and to be a mediator between the two companies.• To work with company back office functions to assist with policy issue and acceptance
