With over two decades of experience in software architecture, development tools, and management, I have cultivated a deep expertise in the design and implementation of technology solutions across multiple industries. Currently, I am an Enterprise Architect at PwC Sweden, where I help define and lead the architecture function. One of my notable achievements was implementing cross-division delivery KPIs to optimize development performance across the organization.Earlier in my career, I led tool development and architectural efforts at Sony Ericsson, where I spearheaded global teams to manage Symbian OS development environments. As the Head of Tools, I led the introduction of Eclipse for Sony Ericsson's PBU Open and developed a suite of Eclipse plugins tailored to the company's needs.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to leveraging open-source tools and implementing innovative solutions in corporate environments.
