Finance Manager
Current-Recording and reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.-Preparing financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.-Strengthening and documenting financial and administrative policies and procedures.-Analyzing organization’s finances to find strategies for cost reduction.-Assisting management with making financial decisions.-Processings bills or invoices and collecting payments for services rendered.-Processing monthly payroll.-Assisting in the preparation of budgets.-Ensuring legal compliance of organisation’s finances.-Managing bank accounts and overseeing money transfers.-Liaising with banks and other financial institutions.-Liaising with tax office and other government agencies. -Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and services.-Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.-Ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity is upheld at all times.-Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as requested.-Managing office equipment.-Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.-Overseeing management of office, including lease arrangements and payment of rent, property insurance, procurement of office supplies, furniture and equipment, security arrangements, and supervision of maintenance and cleaning.
