Within this role I lead the production planning and materials scheduling team, initially starting with our Polish manufacturing site before transitioning across to ourUK site. Responsible for optimising inventory levels across finished goods and raw materials/packaging to control working capital while maximising service and delivering overall supply efficiencies.Subject Matter Expert for ERP & Planning system implementation.

Responsible for the shift management across three production lines to ensure production targets were met while championing health & safety and food safety principles during a period of significant change. I led the commissioning and optimisation of a new automated production line through implementing continuous improvement principles.

During this role I was responsible for working with the end-to-end Supply Chain teams internationally to develop our continuous improvement culture and drive the use of problem solving tools. I led the development and roll out of a bespoke online training system for continuous improvement across all hubs.

Rotational graduate scheme in Supply Chain for a FMCG company. This consisted of multiple placements across Technical, Manufacturing, Procurement & International Supply Chain.

During this role I worked as a waste water consultant on the Severn Trent Water account. I was part of the development of a new modelling approach and pitching this to customers.
